Need to monitor outages for AWS, Azure etc.

Our company has decided to start monitoring outages across various platforms after today's Shopify Amazon Microsoft (insert tech company here) crash.Any suggestions on a site besides down detector where I can monitor services down to regional data centers etc. Or is that the best we have to go with? Thanks for your help. Total newb to the cybersec side of things.
