Need to delete hacked snapchat account

My old snapchat account was hacked and to cut a long story short, whenever I try to log in it says the credentials arnt matching. If I log in on a browser then it it just opens up an “error” page (The username and password are correct coz if i put in the wrong password it just says password incorrect but when i put it in right it does that)
