Need to create a website anonymously

I’m not going to get into great detail on why I need to have a website that doesn’t link back to me, just need to have a domain without registering it under my name. I need the website to be on the conventional internet, so that people can visit it without Tor browser. Is that something that’s possible or are onion domains my only option?
