Need some suggestions for new hires in China that work from home. They don't report to offices, so we can't whitelist specific Chinese IPs. Any ideas on how we'd allow them to get to our US resources to complete new hire systems?

New Chinese hires work from home (COVID lockdowns are frequent), so we can't ask them to drive to their local Chinese office to complete new hire registration.
They can't use a generic VPN service to appear like they're in the USA, due to China's "great firewall".
Maybe a jumpbox? They could RDP to a US-based jumpbox that's heavily locked …
