Need some career advice - graduated college with Bachelor's last year, had a couple questions

So I graduated college in 2021 with a Bachelor's. I am working my first full-time job right now, doing cybersecurity work. It's federal contracting and I really wanna expand my horizons later during this year, and try to get into a bigger company, maybe something more product-based, I don't want to get back into federal contracting. My goal is to be able to move into companies like Palo Alto Network, SpaceX, etc. I am working on mastering Linux right now …
