Need of free dlp and data classification tool

Hello

We are a government entity and we do have enough budget to get a dlp and data classification. However its takes time to get this budget around 3 to 4 months and we have an auditer coming in a month or so is there any open source or free tools that can achieve this ?
I have looked at mydlp but the last development happen more than 10 years ago
