Need help with finding files from real world cases.

I'm a student and for my assignment, my lecturer has asked us to conduct digital forensics on real world cases.

I'm having trouble finding any cases that share any files due to confidential and private natures of the cases.

I need help finding some, is there any place on the Internet I can find legally open cases for conducting forensics? Or any procedure that a student can take to retrieve these files?
