Need help on deleting accounts I made when I was young.

Hello. I have a huge problem with some accounts on Pinterest and TikTok (back then Musical.ly). I have contacted them but they require the emails used which I have completely forgot about. Is there a way I can get them to take the accounts down? Especially since they have been inactive for years now.
