Need help -- Is this a problem and who should I report it to?

I'm interviewing with a company, and as part of the assessment they want me to do a take-home assignment. They sent me over a data set.
The problem being that it is 20k rows of customer data, unscrubbed. No personal information like addresses, phone numbers, or credit card numbers. But it is the name of the clients, and all of their revenue figures …
