My phone's being screen shared and I don't know which app is doing that

My phone (my mom's actually) is apparently screen sharing. Every time she gets a message from the bank, she can't open it because google messages app says that the screen is being shared so sensitive information cannot be displayed. We tried everything but I cannot stop this. What do I do? She uses an android phone. Its up to date. And all the apps are downloaded from Google Play. Nothing shady.
