My Issue with Yubico

To put it bluntly all of Yubico’s products are closed source. It wasn’t always like this.

Most of Yubico’s keys were all open source until they they partnered with Google and Microsoft in the production of the Yubikey Bio edition. Once this key was produced suddenly all of Yubico’s code went proprietary.

Seems suspicious that once Google and Microsoft touch Yubico suddenly all the code goes proprietary……. Or maybe I’m reaching
