My “friend” created an account on Instagram that’s public and uses some photos of me without asking for my consent. He’s now “forgotten” the password and doesn’t delete the account. How do I make sure it gets shut down?

Hi all, I’ve been dealing with this kid from my old school since I was like 13 and didn’t use instagram at the time. This dickhead used some of the photos that I’d sent my other friends through stupid Photo Booth lenses and has put them on the Instagram page. I’ve changed schools 3 times and am about to go to college and every time some people want to follow my account on Instagram, they end up stumbling …
