My employer will pay for a SANS GIAC certificate , I just have to choose one ? Which one should I go for?

I want to eventually pivot to Red Team so the GPEN is what I’m thinking at this moment. But it doesn’t have to do much with my current role. Is there one specific cert that is better than the rest ? May be a dumb question but I wanted to ask.
