My employer has created an account for all staff on Workplace (by Meta), how can I maintain privacy?

As per title, my employer has decided that Meta's Workplace is the tool for communication amongst staff and it is mandatory for all staff to join. In fact they've helpfully (/s) created an account with my full name and the email address I used when applying for the job (they didn't ask my permission to use this email address to create a Workplace account btw).
