My Data was leaked on darkweb

2 of my gmail account and some password associated with them were leaked on dark web, I have 2FA for both gmails so no one can take those from me I changed leaked passwords there were a lot and deleted some account that I did not need. Should I change my gmail and delete the current leaked ones? Thanks.
