I'm going to do my best to TL;DR this from the start.
My problem is the subject,
The computer is painfully slow and frankly outdated to all heck.
the work I do requires me to run several apps at once, all fighting for the 4gb onboard memory (Team, Chrome, Bluebeam, multiple office software.
The limitations of the Thinkpad is severely crippling my workflow.
There is no plans for upgrading the laptop.
