No idea if this is the right place to ask but… They are asking us to track our sleep patterns, excercise regiment, diet, reading habits, drinking, etc over the course of a month. Points for good habits and the team with the most points gets blah blah blah.

Feels intrusive and like data farming to me as there has been no guaranty of anonymity. Am I the weird one for seeing red flags here?
