My boss is spying on me at my home

My boss somehow always knows when and what I am doing at home and what time I go to bed.

I have swept the house with a radio detector and my phone but found nothing.

Can anyone recommend another device I can use to counter this? I previously turned off the main switch for 5 days so that batteries can run out and it worked. Price is not an issue, I just want my privacy.
