Multiple Wordpress Websites Hacked in a Spam of 30 Minutes

Hey guys, I'm just looking for some assistance here if you can point me in the right direction. I own a digital marketing agency and we develop, host, and manage Wordpress sites for multiple clients. Yesterday morning, we had an unauthorized login on one of our sites, then within minutes, I kept getting login notifications for various other websites.
