Multiplayer gaming has been ruined for me for a while now because of Discord

It's because every "Community" or gaming group/server uses Discord as it's communication platform and i just refure to install such a horrendous application.

Anyone else in the same boat?

It's bummed me out quite a bit, i mean i love single player games so it's fine although at the same time i wish i could play a multiplayer game with some friends from time to time.

Everyone refuses to stop using Discord as well so that's another problem.
