Most fucked up redirect

I don't know if it really counts as malware, but it sure as hell is annoying, I've never seen this before. This damn site pops up, is smart enough to have a popup whenever your cursor goes on the upper bar, but that's nothing next to its main thing. IT FUCKS YOUR BROWSER. Seriously.
You cannot do anything in the browser after, nothing will load, and the sites you had open become unresponsive, it's insane, what redirect is this????
