More & more "miss" from Ublock Origin?

Hi,
I've recently noticed there are sponsored videos appearing on youtube (I mostly use newpipe but still), and sponsored content also appears on reddit from time to time (more regularly lately). I've updated the UO extension and installed the "quick fix", but I'm still invaded. Am I alone in this case? If not, what can I do?
