More IT pros leaving employers for greener pastures

TechRepublic reports that 53% of IT professionals expressed being extremely or somewhat likely to seek employment elsewhere within the next year as more seek increased diversity, equity, and inclusion, greater development and growth, and improved corporate sustainability and transparency compared with only 23% who were either somewhat or extremely unlikely to do so.
