Moderation: the down voting of non-english post - what we try and do..

We are seeing a pattern of down voting of non-english posts where we can't provide an automatically translated version.
Not sure exactly why, but rest assured if we can we provide the translated copies. If we can't we ask you to use Chrome or similar and their right click -> translate option.
If it something else then let me know. But down voting because of 'foreign' I would suggest is counter productive.
