MITRE MAD Worth it?

Just curious if anyone has tried the MITRE ATT&CK Defender program. I'm not so much interested in the certs, but more if the curriculum is any good. Looking to expand my knowledge of CTI and my company is also working towards integrating the ATT&CK framework into our IR processes.
