MITRE ATT&CK Framework

Hello everyone,
I am actually working on MITRE coverage framework, and I am struggling with calculating the coverage percentage per tactic in the clients MITRE framework that contains different environments. Since I mapped rules to the tactics and each rule covers a certain percentage of each environment a classic equation doesn’t seem to calculate the coverage percentage in this case.
Please can anyone give me a hint.
