Microsoft clipboard alternative?

Hello all, I was wondering if there was a privacy based alternative to the Microsoft clipboard. The fact that there is an option to sync your clipboard with a cloud server worries me. I also don't like that I have to manually delete the history. I would rather it auto delete at restart (minus the things I pin).
