Meaning of characters

Computer Forensics www.reddit.com
When examining an iPhone (IOS 16.2), I see in the path
Media/Photodata/CPL/storage/filecache/AWc. In addition, I see many folders with different last letters.
AWc, Aa0, Aa6, Aae etc etc..
Do these characters have any meaning. I know that ATr for example stands for 'Hidden'.
I am trying to find a list online but I am not successful so far.
Anyone tips?
