Maxmind anonymous-ip

We are looking to use [anonymous-ip feed from Maxmind](https://www.maxmind.com/en/solutions/geoip2-enterprise-product-suite/anonymous-ip-database) to check if incoming IP connections are from a proxy/VPN (needed to calculate effective risk score).

Has anyone used it before? Any idea of ballpark pricing? Like everyone else, our budget is limited.

And has anyone used any alternate feeds for detecting proxies or VPN?
