Maturing and modernising a SOC

Hi, I have worked in a Security Operations Centre for two years at a T1 SOC Analyst and am transitioning to Senior shortly. There were a few hassles I had as a T1 and want to use seniority to drive some improvements and continue to mature the SOC.
