My company has seen a huge influx in encrypted .ZIP files from customers in the past year, as they use them to password-protect sensitive data, etc. Our helpdesk has to manually unzip these on a sandbox and scan them for malware before delivering them to the end user. Anyone else in this boat? Any tools or suggestions on how to make this more manageable? Not accepting ZIPs is not an option.
