Managed SOC and Managed XDR

We are a medical facility with 5000+ users.

We are currently using Sophos Intercept X Managed XDR but lacking SIEM and SOC (SOC Analyst)

Basically, due to the compliance requirements, we are considering engaging MSP that can bring the SIEM and SOC Analysts that can read logs and respond to alerts around the clock, alongside managing configurations, threat intelligence feeds, incident responses, and threat hunting activities.
