If my university requires me to install a software that installs an eduroam profile/certificate on a Macbook, does that mean that (a) they can (theoretically) see everything I do online, even if I'm on a V.P-N?, (b) if so, what's the likelihood of them actually doing so?, and (c) is there a way around that?
