I've been assigned a project that I'm honestly quite stumped by and has been stressing me out a ton. The basis is that I need to obtain pre, during, and post PCAPs of security incidents. Being able to get this data from client's environments is practically impossible since I have no way of knowing where an attack will hit and it's not viable to extract PCAPs from everywhere 24/7.

I'd really appreciate any pointers or tips, maybe publicly available PCAPs …
