Making £200k as a cyber security consultant in the UK?

I work in cyber security and I see on fishbowl people getting offers well over 200k USD being based in the US. While I understand there are differences such as taxes, healthcare and other deductibles in the US, is it even possible to reach this figure as a consultant without being a C-Level executive or being a contractor?
