Make employees use LastPass and block almost all websites?

Hey guys, I hope this is the right subreddit for this kind of question. Quick question: A friend of mine works in a company which apparently uses LastPass as password manager. But almost all websites the employees need in a daily basis are blocked from auto-fill in LastPass by the company.
