Mac apps privacy

I recently downloaded the Alfred app. When i set it up, i decided to grant it full permissions and to use it to its full potential. I then decided it doesn't worth the privacy exposure and risk. I opened every setting related to it and revoked its access (access to library files and folders, accessibility access...).
