I have been doing a massive purge this week contacting hundreds of companies asking them to close my accounts and delete my data. All of them have been very helpful and did so quickly, except 1, Sling.

Sling's parent company Dish has a policy is to only close accounts for California and Nevada residents.

I have never subscribed to sling so they don't have my credit card info. Any potential to just set my address to some California address and …
