Low quality experiences with ISC2?

**Background**

Became CISSP within the past year. The studying and test went well. Everything AFTER passing the test has been a surprising series of failures by ISC2. Now that I've become a member of ISC2 and a fully endorsed CISSP, the ISC2 organization \*appears\* to be struggling to deliver its most basic offerings.
