Looking to create an Instagram Account that won't be suggested to my contacts

What the title says; I'd like to create a second Instagram account, ideally on the same phone, but I'd like to keep it secret from my phone and non-phone contacts.
Obviously with this secondary account I'm not going to follow my main contacts (wife, friends, etc.), nor do I plan to be followed by them. Is this doable?
