Looking for wireless, always recording security cameras for outdoor use that work strictly over LAN (no internet) and can be accessed from a phone

Hi. After some recent crimes at my house, I'm looking for outdoor security cameras that work wireless but with actual internet access disabled at the router level. So LAN only. I also need them to be accessible from my phone and to continuously record footage to like a micro SD card or something. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
