Looking for suggestions re: privacy-first anti-spam plugins for Wordpress

Hey folks, I'm in the process of making my website more privacy friendly, so services like Google analytics, Cloudflare, and Amazon have been replaced, but I'm stuck on finding an anti-spam plugin that fits this model.
Most will either collect and/or use IP addresses and email addresses to check against known spammer email/ip's, which makes sense, but I would much rather not send this data to any third party, or collect it at all if I don't have to.
