looking for domain name registrar but required government ID...

after hearing people saying custom domain name every time discussing about emails alias, go through registrar and having porkbun on my mind but the thing is is required sent them government id, namecheap also required government id.

namecheap have WHOIS Privacy \* but for first year only while porkbun comes with it. looking at cloudfare have one of free plan, any good domain name registrar that have good privacy and security and cheap in term of running cost...
