Looking for a way to cast phone to pc

Looking for a way to either cast my phone (pixel 4xl) to my pc and use it on my desktop or, emulate an android phone on my desktop.

I could use Nox or Bluestacks but I find the applications to be pretty bloated so I was hoping maybe there was a better and more privacy focused way.
