Looking for a stove/oven that is not smart? Why can’t I find a normal appliance?

Hi all, my 20ish year old range needs to be replaced. It is shockingly difficult to find appliances that do not connect to wifi. Any recommendations for mid-high end duel fuel ranges that have no smart capabilities?

We are an anti-smart home. If there is another sub where this post might be more appropriate, lmk.
