Local EMS asking for camera and microphone permissions.

In my city EMS started using GoodSAM to screen callers to check vitals signs like oxygen level & heart rate using AI software. Does anyone know about this service? I couldn’t seem to find anything on the website that explains how the “AI software” works.

I mean using a iPhone X front facing camera to determine vitals sounds cool but is it possible?
