Live threat intel

Does anyone know of a free resources to look at global threat intel? For example, if we see an uptick in failed Azure AD logins from select countries, is there somewhere to check if this is happening worldwide? I'm not thinking of one of those live attack maps, but rather something like down-detector to see trends.
