Like many other users, I edited and deleted all my comments a while back using a script. While the deleted comments no longer appear on my profile, they still appear undeleted in the threads. Why would this happen?

I've since found a way to keep using reddit on mobile without having to use the official app for now. But today, I got a response to a comment from two years ago!
