Is Libreoffice actually safe or is it a spyware? I have it installed on my VM, decided to give it a go on my main desktop as well and during installation it prompted me to close background VM processes in order to update the files on it. Why would it even dig inside my shut down virtual machine files and tries to update an older libre version installed on it? No software I installed ever did that before.
