Libre smartwatch

I want to get a smartwatch, but the little caveat is that i use no proprietary services, as in i have no google or Samsung account, i don't use Google services etc.

I would like the smartwatch to also follow this Philosophy, of not sharing my data with anybody

I am willing to install custom roms and the like, but no idea what watches support what.

Does such a watch exist?
